Here is what you need:
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of some sort of citrus juice (I used orange)
(I even had some left over so if you use these amounts just keep it contained in the refrigerator.)
1: Mix the ingredients all together until everything is blended well.
2: Fill your bath with warm, almost hot, water then sit in the tub for 5-10 minutes. You can listen to music while you do this so it won't be as boring. This will open up your pores.
3: Shave your legs like you normally would.
4: Next, take the exfoliating scrub you just made and rub it onto your newly shaved legs. Be sure not to scrub too hard as this will cause irritation in the skin. Rinse off the scrub.
5: Shave your legs again. This is an essential part of the routine so do not skip it! The razor removes all the dead skin that did not wash of with the scrub.
6: Repeat step 4. This gets all of the dead skin you haven't removed in the previous steps.
7: Towel dry your legs and enjoy the new silky, smooth feel! You don't need to moisturize as the oil should have done the job. You can if you would like. And you're done!
Your bath will be pretty gross with all the dead skin and oil. I would be sure to clean it afterwards!
Do this about every 2 weeks to maintain silky smooth legs!
